My deepset condolences to Sharon, Michael's family, friends, and all that knew him. I was deeply saddened to learn of his passing. Mike and my dad, Reuben, were friends for almost twice as long as I've been alive. He was the best man at his wedding, his best friend, and one of the greatest friends of our family. I grew up listening to stories from my dad's childhood, most including Mike. From growing up on the same street, going to school together, times they worked together, to stories from up at the cottage, it was clear they never shared a dull moment. Uncle Mike, you will never be forgotten. I'll always remember your kind smile and infectious laugh. Thank you for always being there for my dad. He loved you like a brother, and I know he won't go a day without missing you. You left this earth far too soon. For your sake, I hope there aren't any frogs in heaven❤️ Love, Ainsley Pippy

I met Michael in 2011 when I visited Canada, upon meeting him I told him that he was the splitting image of his dad, he smiled. He was very soft spoken and shy. I literally had to beg him to take a picture with us, I am deeply saddened by his passing knowing the plans he had to go back home. I extended my sincere condolences to his Immediate Family, relatives and friends. May his soul rest in peace. Fr Sandra a friend of the family.

Still in disbelief about Mike's passing. His laugh and gentle smile will always be remembered... we shared some good times at the cottage many years ago. His "fear of frogs" was always funny and made us all laugh. Mike I know you will be missed - Uncle Mike to my girls Ainsley and Addison, and a good long-term best friend to Reuben. My cousin Morris and all of the other family members, you have my deepest sympathy and my prayers at this sad time. I remember when Michael was born; we were all so excited. I don't know if Debbie remembers, but we use to call Michael 'Dincal'. Lol! we always came up with some crazy names for people. Michael and Debbie were Aunt Mirry's pride and joy. She used to call him Baiee. May his soul rest in peace. Love Glory
