Our sincere condolences to the Wallace family on the passing of Grandma Wallace. She was a very welcoming, friendly lady. We gave her a ride to church a few times and she never forgot us even when they move from our area. She would look for us anytime she is able to get to church and talk to us. She always sounded happy and pleased when we call. She was a few year older than my mom so I always see her my older aunt. May the Lord keep her soul safe and joyful until we meet again.
To the family - take heart and rejoice in the Lord, the empty spot in left in your life will be filled by the Lords presence. Hugs!

She was no longer called sister Wallace by my later sister during church but was later called “SWEET SIXTEEN “.

I have so many fond memories of Ms Eddie, as she was affectionately called, since the Wallace's home was my second home, for a while, and in your home you tend to take things for granted almost like you have a sense of belonging or right to be home. Well, that's the way it was for me, at the Wallace's home and I can't recall one instant when Ms Eddie or her family made me feel as if I don't belonged there. She was a mom for all. My sincere condolences to her entire family and may her soul RIP

My sincere condolences to, Horace, Howard, Leroy, Norma, Gary, Maria and Ena on the passing of your mom. To Kesha and all the grandchildren, great grandchild and great great grandchildren. I am at a loss for words right now. I am happy that I was able to give Miss Eddie her Roses while she was still alive, through our many long phone conversations. I have know this phenomenal woman since I was 15, spanning over 4 decades. She always treated me like her own daughter. I remember when we were much younger, the many Sundays that almost the entire membership of the KPC Youth Club would congregate at her home and she would treat us as one of her own children. I have fashioned my life off her, she always told me that she would never claim any sickness on her self. She told me if she felt her arm hurting she would not claim arthritis, instead she would say "where did I bump my arm". She was a good role model for me. I have never visited Canada and not gone to see her. I remember once my daughter Kesha was busy and could take me to see her but was not able to pick me up. She insisted that I should come and she would pay my cab fare back home. What a beautiful soul. She has never missed any important occasions in Kesha's life. Primary school graduation, high school graduation and college graduation. I LOVE YOU MISS EDDIE AND MISS YOU DEARLY. R.I.P

Grandma, you lived a full life. As part of your extended family, you showed me love and support. I always enjoyed your laughter. You were and will always be the backbone of the Wallace Family. If you weren't taking care of your children, you were watching over your grandkids, and your great grand kids, your family, and your fellow churchgoers. You were a very spiritual being. At my darkest moments, you took me to church, and I cried through the whole sermon. You were a very compassionate, loving, godly woman.
I remember one of our conversations, when I told you "I have never seen anyone, include all the exes to family reunions like you Grandma". You laughed so hard, that wonderful laugh that I can still hear. You will be dearly missed by all us. Always Loved, Always Remembered, Never Forgotten. The only peace we will have in our hearts is that you are with Freshie.
