We are deeply saddened by the loss of Fred and send our thoughts, prayers and love to the family. Fred ‘s spirit will live on in all who knew him. Always quick with a smile, a warm welcome, an offer of help and a willingness to always engage in a conversation on a wide variety of topics and share his thoughtful ideas and opinions. We are fortunate to have shared many life moments with Fred at the beach, the games and on special occasions throughout the years. We will miss him greatly. Love Kerri and JoAnn

Our hearts are broken with the loss of our nephew , Freddie . Thoughts and prayers to the Yurichuk’s. We love you all very much. We have been blessed to see Fred grow from a a little boy to the wonderful man he has become .Dedicated to his family , as a husband , father , and grandfather , he was so loved by many. We loved him so very much , and shared so many happy times including the love of sports and family gatherings , and celebrations. Freddie loved life, music laughter and parties. Auntie Donna has lost her number one partying partner. We watched him excel as a exceptional athlete and he made us so proud. We will miss him tremendously. Until we meet again Freddie ,memories are in our hearts forever. Love you Always Uncle Leon and Auntie Donna
