We were lucky to have had Emerald as a member & dance instructor of CaribCan and we are saddened by his passing. I had the opportunity of meeting Mr. Emerald when he came to Trinidad to visit his mother through his nephew Anthony (Tonyfly). He was a very pleasant person and I am glad I had the opportunity to interact with him. My condolences to the family and may God give you all the peace and strength in this time of need.

I last saw Emerald at Tobago Day 2018, and he was so joyful to share how he managed himself back to good health. I was saddened to learn that the health challenge reappeared. Trusting that his promotion to glory was peaceful with the expected hope that you will one day (in the far future) meet again.
