I am celebrating the life of my childhood friend, Sir Ricky. The measure of his worth and the lives he touched are remarkable. Words cannot express the brokenness inside with news of his passing.
I thank God for Simone and children; the rest of the family and friends who have been a tower of strength for my friend. You all hold strong and continue to keep the faith and trust God. Take comfort in knowing that God has a plan. He always works for our good and he does not give us more than we can bear.

My condolences to family of the dearly departed Ricardo. Ricardo was a past member of Covenant of Promise Ministries (formerly Driftwood Church of God). He was always such a quiet and pleasant person. His mother who predeceased him, and his two sisters, were such wonderful christians also, who I remember worshipping with. We have been friends from our teenage years. Words now fail me because the death of my son is still hitting me so hard now after so many years. I cannot begin to imagine what it is like to be in your shoes, losing a powerful tower of support as Ricardo was to you.
