Dear Mrs. Advira & family, Forgive me for this late condolence message. I had only met Delroy a few times throughout my life - every one of these times occurred on the bus going either to school or back home. Every conversation we had together, Delroy would always provide me with the most profound pieces of advice. He once told me to never look at a bad situation as something that is "hard" or "difficult," but to view it as a challenge. Delroy's words will stay with me forever and I will try my best to keep passing his words onto everybody I meet. And in this way, may the memory of him live on forever.

Condolences to the family and friends of Delroy. He was such an inspiration to many. An advisor to the consumption of fresh organic foods. A lover of flowers, a landscaper. I cherished the years we shared together as cousins and very close friend to my family. My home became your home on many occasions, the last time was in 2017 when you visited Jamaica. Deacon Francis was ten brothers to my husband and me. He loved deeply and gave unconditionally. His candle has burned out but his legend never will. I'm comforted by the beautiful memories we have made with him and the assurance that a day is coming when we will be reunited with him, in which God shall wipe ever tears from our eyes. Delroy was a dear friend and was always the voice of reasoning, always very soft spoken shy and reserved and sometimes mysterious. A very good conversationalist always a pleasure to engage in deep rooted and constructive conversations. It was a pleasure to have known Delroy and cherished the times we spent together in the cool Hills of Crooked River, Clarendon where we would cook (run a boat) and eat our fill and share the occasional beer or two. I will always remember those times my friend and I now know that you are in a better place in the arms of your maker. So until we meet again on the other side Rest up my dear friend.
