My most mournful time in my life is yo loose you Mr Cibert Finley . You are a inspiring figure in my life , a dad and a friend money can't buy ... I know you are in heaven with angels making a.joyful noise to the king ..rip dad until we meet again !! A man who effectuate a chance to begin new life abroad for many and for that we are forever grateful. He was always cheerful around kids, laughing with them, and making jokes, this was always a delight to witness. His untimely passing is truly heartbreaking and GONE WAY TOO SOON! May his soul find eternal peace, rest easy, and may your legacy live on. REST IN POWER CEBERT!

Such a Gentle kind Spirit, may he find eternal rest in the hands of our Lord God, his moment of rest has come, I pray the Arch Angel Michael guide and protect him as he passes through the valley of the shadow of death, God will see him through.
