Obituary of Lussetta (Esmie) Donetta Stephenson

Lussetta (Esmie) Stephenson, 80, of Mississauga, Ontario, passed away Thursday October 24^th, 2024 at home.  She was born to Ruth and Morrell Smithson on September 15, 1944 in Hillsbrook, Hanover Jamaica. 

Lussetta, known to friends and family as Esmie, was the third oldest of ten children.  She was the beloved niece and surrogate daughter of Sisilyn Slack who raised her in Sav-la-mar, Jamaica after her parents immigrated to England.   

Her husband of 49 years, Carol Stephenson, preceded her in death in 2022.   Lussetta (Esmie) leaves behind daughters Julian and Tanya.  Sons David and Anthony.  5 granddaughter and 3 grandsons.

Please join us in celebrating her life on Saturday November 23^rd, 2024 between 9 am and 11am at Praise Cathedral Worship Centre, 6785 Millcreek Drive, Mississauga.
