I was a teacher at St Peter School for a short time when Shamar and his siblings attended. He was just a little boy at the time and I will never forget his bright shining face and infectious energy. It was wonderful to read the tributes and to hear what a loving and successful man he had become. I want to send my deepest condolences to his mom and family and to let you know that his death affected me deeply. I hope that the love and memories that remain with you bring you comfort during the very painful time. I keep you all in my prayers. Monica Zimmermann

Shamar, you were such a bright light in everyone’s life. Steve and I loved seeing you at family events and it meant so much to us to have you at our wedding. We will cherish every memory we have with you in it. You were such an amazing person and were a HUGE part of so many peoples lives. It’s truly unbelievable that someone like you is gone… there will forever be something missing in our hearts now that we no longer have you in our presence physically. I wish you peace and love you sweet beautiful happy soul. For whatever reason, God needed you up there in heaven…Watch down on all of your loved ones and give them strength to get through this unbearable pain. Love always, Katie & Steve Machado
